1. Product & Service Delivery

Book: You will receive a signed hard copy of The Ugly Side of Sales 2.0. Orders are fulfilled via Amazon and shipped worldwide. U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

1:1 Strategy Session: If purchased as part of your package, you will receive an email within 24–48 hours after purchase with a link to schedule your session. All sessions must be booked and completed within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment through ThriveCart’s secure checkout process.

3. Taxes & Shipping

Sales tax applies to the book portion for U.S. customers in states where required.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies per order: $14.95 worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes in their country.

All content in The Ugly Side of Sales 2.0 and provided during coaching sessions is the intellectual property of Edna Harding and Favor & Wealth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell this content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Results vary depending on individual implementation, market conditions, and personal effort. We do not guarantee specific sales results.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of the book or coaching services.

We are committed to delivering high-value products and services.

Due to the nature of this package — which includes a physical book and a reserved spot for private coaching — all sales are final and non-refundable.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If you miss your scheduled 1:1 session, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
